SERVICES WE OFFER

Whether you are doing Groups or Private lessons we enable large number of students to meet their maximum potential in a structured and rapid manner.

What are Private Dance Lessons?

Private lessons usually consist of one or two students and one instructor.  The private setting allows you to get tailored instruction to fit your dance styles, habits or shortcomings.  You can learn to dance in a relatively short period of time with private lessons.  Most people take private lessons so they can learn at their own pace and not have to worry about dancing in front of others.  Some people take private lessons strictly to have a partner to dance with in a social setting, while others do it for the health benefits, in the same way that people hire personal trainers at a gym to walk them through their daily workouts.  Whatever the reason, private lessons can be extremely beneficial and can speed up your progress of getting out on the dance floor.

What to expect on your Private Lesson:

During your one-on-one private lessons, you will receive personalized instruction that will help you achieve your goals in dancing.  Your instructor will spend the time necessary on technique, styling and general dance improvement.  An up-to-date record of everything you have learned will also be kept as part of your instruction.

Benefits of Private Lessons:

  • Learn to dance one-on-one with a trained dance instructor
  • Immediate feedback and fixes on dance steps, frame etc.
  • Lessons are based on what You want to learn
  • Expanded social time – get to talk with your instructor through out your lesson

What are Group Class Lessons?

Group lessons usually consist of one or two instructors and anywhere from about six to a hundred people.  The group setting differs from the private setting in that the information is general and not specifically tailored to your dancing as an individual.

What to expect on your Group Lesson:

During a group class we concentrate on leading and following, step patterns, partnering skills and just learning to have fun while social dancing.  Students rotate partners, better enabling them to adapt to dancing with people with different levels of experience and to develop their leading and following skills.

Benefits of Group Lessons:

  • Learn to dance with other non-dancers as well as the instructor when available
  • Immediate feedback on questions you ask during class
  • Social highs for doing the step well in front of others
  • Get to see others demonstrating dance moves and steps

Private lessons and Private group lessons are 50 minutes each.  Depending on your dancing goals or special occasion you may want to pay as you go, or you may purchase a package customized to fit your needs.
